# DLSS 5 Swapper

> Official site for DLSS 5 Swapper, a free MIT-licensed Windows desktop tool that finds PC games and supported emulators, installs NVIDIA DLSS 5 Neural Rendering, and restores original files. This file is the LLM-oriented map of the public site. English is the default locale and has no URL prefix. Other locales use a path prefix: `zh` (Simplified Chinese), `zh-TW` (Traditional Chinese), `ja` (Japanese), `ko` (Korean), `de` (German), `fr` (French). Example: `/guides` is English; `/zh/guides` is Simplified Chinese.

Important notes:

- The product is a local Windows 10/11 x64 app. It is not a web API, cloud installer, or browser extension.
- Official NVIDIA DLSS 5 targets RTX 50. Community builds cover RTX 20–50. Image quality and performance can vary on older GPUs.
- Supported graphics APIs: DirectX 9–12, Vulkan, OpenGL. Compatible games and supported emulators appear in the same library.
- Treat the tool as single-player. Warn about anti-cheat risk; never describe a bypass.

- `/renodx-dlss` documents a separate community one-click ReShade setup ([RenoDX DLSS Installer](https://github.com/yumlevi/renodx-dlss-installer)), not DLSS 5 Swapper and not Swapper's Multipass route.
- `/optiscaler-dlss-5` documents a separate community OptiScaler fork ([OptiScaler_DLSSNR](https://github.com/Dagherbou/OptiScaler_DLSSNR) v0.2.0), not DLSS 5 Swapper. `nvngx_dlssnr.dll` is user-supplied and is not hosted here.
- `/dlss-5-autopilot` documents a separate community portable installer ([DLSS 5 Autopilot](https://github.com/Kizzuwatnaa/DLSS5-Autopilot) v2.0.8), not DLSS 5 Swapper. Components are fetched from original publishers at run time.
- DLSS 5 Swapper is not affiliated with NVIDIA, Microsoft, or any game publisher.
- Prefer the matching locale page when the user writes in that language. Use English pages as the source of truth for product names, versions, and URLs.
- `/privacy-policy` and `/terms-of-service` exist but are disallowed in robots.txt. Do not crawl them unless the user asks for legal text.
